Haha! Poor kid, you've messed him all up. ;) It reminds me of this past December, my boss had her 50th birthday so I invited her and my coworker over for a nice birthday dinner. Coworker brought his family, including his 4-year-old daughter. This was about a week before Christmas, so we had our tree up and my boyfriend and I already had our gifts for each other wrapped and under the tree. V, the little girl, was SO EXCITED. She knew it was a birthday party, but somehow the sight of the tree made her think we were ALL getting presents. She looked so disappointed when I explained that no, sometimes grownups don't do birthday presents, and the dinner was the present. The look on her face made me feel like I'd just killed Santa Claus. :lol:
