Thank you bluejeanqueen. I sort of know what you mean but I am still not sure exactly. Do you mean they try to put each other down or do the ones in charge have favourites. I must be having a bad day. I have never come across this or even heard of it before. Does this happen in Australia? Not sure who I am today -- Dumb or Dumber.
