Oh my goodness that would stink. I am not sure what I would do if I was told that I couldn't sew or quilt for 6 weeks... but then maybe that would also mean no work as I do alot of procedures with my hands, I am a nurse by trade. Anyways I digress. Maybe you can get material out for your projects that you want to do and make your own kits for them. At least you can touch the fabric even if you can acutally sew or cut it.
