I have the same paisley so I pulled it out and chose some fabrics I would use.
Since you already stated in your beginning paragraph you were not going to use the green pictured, I found one I thought would go. It has a very subtle leaf pattern and cannot remember wher I got it. The dark navy is at Walmart as are the two blues and I believe I also got the off white/beige there, too. I would not use white white as that would be too stark. Too much beige will wash it out.
