You need to heal the tendons. I am an herbalist and this works every time. Get a GOOD name yucca, B6 and B complex (Solaray/Dr. Christopher/Jarrows on Vitacost.com for lower prices) and take 2 of each three times a day with meals. My Dad and other clients were scheduled for the surgery and didn't need it after a month on this formula (faithfully). Now, if he feels that tingle, he starts it immediately and it goes away in about 3 days. He doesn't need to use it unless it hurts.

Anything with 'itis' after it is inflammation and this is an anti-inflammatory recipe.
