I have RLS now and then, not a chronic problem. I would suspect that it is multicausal - which is why some have pain, some respond to some things and others do not. I appreciate the tips. I know the potassium was helping me, but then I was getting just plain cramps all the time!

Great rug! Can't have rugs here due to tripping hazard (for me). I cut up flannel sheets for cleaning cloths and rags. However, for regular sheets, when the bottoms wear out, I use extra tops to make sheets for the twin bed and the rolloway bed (a twin bed). Have never bought new sheets for either. It's pretty easy to covert a top sheet into a fitted bottom on a smaller bed.
