So I go through a lot of sheets wearing them out from my restless legs and what to do with supima cotton sheets that I pay through the nose for. This is one of the things I do with them. I love recycling.

Very nice. I have a nerve issue that causes my legs to jump at odd times. My husband says I kick him ALL THE TIME. I have even awakened thinking its an EARTHQUAKE! to stop a second and think no you dork its you kicking around again. I end up with holes in the bottom of my sheets from all the constant movement. I have yet to turn it into something nice like our new rug however. Quilters are incredibly creative are they not?

I take a Parkinson Disease Rx for my restless leg syndrome. I have had no side effects from the Rx and it has stopped my leg movements at night. It had gotten so bad I was having the leg motions during the day also.

I have Restless leg also, I know what you mean about the sheets. I take mirapex for my legs but I have to tell you I still suffer. I also suffer in the day also. How do you make the rugs is there a pattern you use?
