Restless leg syndrome can indicate low iron....and it goes hand in hand with Sleep Apnea...I was told this last year when I had my sleep study and my sleep dr. told me the legs would get better once the sleep did and she was right...I am sure you have been but it wouldn't hurt to get checked our for iron levels and sleep disorders...

I just was at the library and brought home a book about bowls and rugs. Thanks for the picture, was it hard to do
without help or is it a one on one thing.
Good luck with the legs.

I used to have Restless leg syndrom so bad I would walk the streets at night. Now, as soon as I feel a twitch, I take a potassium tablet & my legs calm down & I go to sleep.

Great way to recycle sheets are pretty too! How wide did you cut the strips?

I ripped the strips into 3 inches by the length of the sheet.

Funny you posted this message about RL. My DH has that but I had never connected that with the worn sheets. I cut the sheet into sections and use them as a cover for my ironing board, which is made from a 2x4 piece of plywood covered with batting and usually muslin. Thanks for posting a picture of the rug.
