Here is what my research has turned up about the RLS. All of us seem to have the same problem. All of us do the same thing. We all sit for hours sewing. I am guessing that it's the circulation in our legs that is not getting enough oxygen because of the sitting. This is a good example of a blind study.
I would suggest getting a timer and set it to get up every 20 minutes. Walk to the iron, get up to cut etc.
