In our church (Episcopal) the church provides a shroud for the casket. It is white and very beautiful. Some families can afford huge arrangements, but some cannot, and with the shroud, the decoration is equal. I've always hated spending lots of money on flowers which don't last that long, so I rarely send flowers at all. Molly
