This was a recipe I found out about when on WeightWatchers. It's easy and the more you cook it the thicker it will get.
2 lg containers of chicken broth
1 package O'Brien hash brown potatoes ( hash browns with onions & peppers in it)
1 pk. Pioneer Country Gravy mix.
Cook the broth and potatoes until they are as thick as you like. Mix the gravy mix in water. I usually mix it in half at a time. Add to the potatoes. Cook a few more minutes.
