Get your money back, that is really poor work! Those are real toe-nail catching stitches.
Shame on the quilter for sending it home that way. I think I would take it out myself though,
LAQ might do the take-out as carelessly as the quilting was done.
As loose as the stitches look in the photo you may get it out fairly quickly if you clip the
bobbin threads every three or four stitches.
