You should have never be charged in the first place and I believe she should have taken the stitching out and redone it for you...without charge at all... She obviously did not check the tension... as far a big holds that does happen with batiks especially when a bigger needle is required but a steaming and run you fingernail over the stitching takes them away. get your money back!!!
