I am so sorry that so many of you have had problems with carrier delivery. I would go online to
www.usps.com and file a complaint. The Postmaster will have to answer it. Unfortunately, there are some very bad carriers out there. If the Postmaster isn't notified, he or she will never know and be able to do something about the problem. It should be called to their attention. Not all postal employees are this way...
