This happened to me. It did come with a letter stating that I could either pay for it or since it wasn't ordered I could keep it without paying. I kept it and didn't pay because that was my choice of their options. I was billed more than once for it. I called Fons and Porter and I still got another bill. I finially e-mailed them and put it all in writing and I finally stopped getting bills. I also received an answer email stating they wouldn't send me such items in the future.
You might want to e-mail them that you won't be paying for the DVD since you didn't order it. If you don't wish to keep it you could return it with a letter telling them not to send anymore. Good luck.
