I agree with TeresaS, I let people use my Studio for free if they purchase their fabric from me, and at a nominal charge if they bring in their fabric from other sources. I even offer to cut for them at a reasonable charge. I have a lot of older customers that are battling arthritis also and cannot use the rotary cutter, but can still sew as well as ever.
If you should decide to go with a GO cutter, I would not go with the Baby. The GO can use larger dies and will be able to cut more strips per run through. The Baby die has only 2 - 2 1 /2" cutting strip areas which will limit you to 6strips (3 layers WOF) , whereas the GO has 3 cutting strip areas. This would give you 9 strips per run thru. It doesn't sound like a lot until you are cutting 30-40 strips for a pattern.
You could even let your grandkids or neighbor kids turn the handle for you, saving your hands even more.
