I just went to Marshalls Dry Goods this weekend (Oh my goodness!!!). They will sell you whole bolts at wholesale. Prices run from $2.50 a yard to about $3.25, depending on what it is, and batiks run $4.50. You will find most bolts have about 15 yards, but they sometimes have shorter bolts. They have all the major LYS brand manufacturers.
They have an AWESOME new line line of solid cottons called "Dream Cotton"... feels amazing, great weight. (It's basically Moda Bella...milled at the same place.) That cotton is $2.45/yd wholesale. You will have to pay shipping.
