I certainly agree with taking scheduled breaks. Decide how you are going to sort, work for a couple of hours and then sit down in another room and have a treat. Then you won't get so tired in the long run. You might even want to set a time for each day's work...4 hours once a week or whatever is good for you. It will work you will finish sooner than you think.
