A little off the subject, but does everyone use 725 on fused bindings? I use 805 all the time, but I only fuse bindings on art quilts that don't get washed. Pellon 725 is awfully heavy for quilting cottons, isn't it? Doesn't the glue ooze through and stay hard and shiney?
I'm definitely no expert. This is actually for a non-quilting project. I'm doing a 100% cotton applique on tshirts. Now, that you have mentioned this, I will definitely do a sample run to make sure it doesn't ooze and get shiny.
