Not all industrial or commercial machines are like this. Machines that were built to cater to tailors shops and small garment factories were sometimes considered commercial, but definitely weren't industrial. Think of Singers 201-2, or or a 31-15. Not all industrials are big hulks either. My Consew CP206R is an industrial machine, yet it's a portable machine in a case and weighs about the same as my vintage home sewing machines.
