Here is a recipe for cooking spaghetti in an electric pressure cooker. You can adapt the ingrediants to your own taste, I did find 2 videos on you tube that gives you an idea on how too. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out. main thing is not to set the timer for too long.
