Well, Carrot, this is how I do mine. I save my picture to the Desktop, then right clk on it and click PAINT...can resize in there...Just play with it to see which you like. I always save as, so if it isn't the size I want, can go back to original and try another size. I usually go for 25-35%. That's how I do it..
The problem I am having since my last update is that when I right click nothing comes up. Left click either....
