I like the idea of using your mom's doilies in a quilt. And would like to see some that have already been done. I know that lots of people do not like quilts "hard to believe" but true. I do not give many of mine away anymore and do not care if anyone likes them. Learned the hard way but did learn we are all different and like what we like.
