Not in a quilt, but yesterday I did a marathon session of making boxy bags. The last one, really pretty and glitzy and gorgeous, for one of my best friends....has the zipper installed backward/inside out. I do not know how I didn't notice it. Thinking I should not have started it at 1:30 A.M.!! So you are not alone.
