Craftsy finally responded to my ticket late last night and enabled the desired package. They claimed I had clicked on the regular subscription, not the UQP, but since I followed the link in the offer e-mail, I don't see how that happened except for a bug on their end.
It took a second e-mail to make the coupon code actually work, but it seems things are good to go now.
Net, if you haven't gotten it to work, let Craftsy know. You might need to be patient - guessing there are LOTS of folks opening tickets about this ;-)
