Hmmm, good point! I didn't think about heat, I'll have to keep an eye on this. There's a big (ugly) shed right outside that window that should help shade it (part of why I blocked the view...there wasn't one!) but if they get too warm I might put something else out there to help shade it. Slip a covered piece of foam core board behind rulers covering only part of window to protect rulers. Fades, change occasionally, thought about drawing a quilt block wit felt pens.
