You know, unless you are a quilter the little "bumps" are never noticed.
I made a t-shirt quilt for a lady and it was a little skewed after I finished quilting it. She and her husband never said a thing so I don't think she even noticed it.
Quilters are perfectionists and things just can't get perfect enough for us!
I drive my husband nuts picking out my flaws. lol
