I purchased an Innova in December. I haven't spent much time on it recently, but I love it. The Innova is relatively new to the longarm market, but the company has been making industrial quilting machines for 70 years. Their customer service is excellent (24/7) and the machines are upgradeable, so when something new is developed you can add it to your machine. I agree with all the others that you should test-drive all the machines, but definitely include the Innova in that list. The cost is significantly lower than for the Gammill, but that won't last forever. The machine is in the same tier of longarms. You can also join the two Innova groups on yahoo -
