    This makes a hamburger super special. I got the recipe from Bobby Flay's website.


    Mix shredded cheddar cheese with a little mayo and crumbled bacon. Right before the hamburger is completely done, add a tablespoon to the top of the burger and let melt. My family raved about my great hamburgers. They think I'm a genius.

    Someone just told me about adding a bit of mayo to the ground beef before cooking. I really like the addition of cheese and bacon.
