i have several quilt patterns that I would like to put into EQ in order to audition colors. Is there a way to scan these black and white images of the quilts into EQ?

I think the only thing you can do is to reproduce the block(or blocks) using the block editor, fill in the fabrics and then mock up the quilt.

I'm not an expert on EQ, but I don't think it has the capacity to do what you hope it will.
