I have been delighted with the Harbor Freight rotary blades. They seem sharper and last longer than "the high priced brands." You folks who have had problems shouldn't give up on them. For the price, if you get a few bad ones now and then, they are still a huge bargain.

I haven't gotten any yet, but plan to. I have gotten duds from the "real" blades so for a dollar a blade, I will try. them.

Because of all the talk about these blades, I took a good look at the blades when I went to HF this last time. I am using the blades and am happy with them. When I took a good look before buying I saw in some packages that there were warped spots. I just looked and did not buy those packages. There will always be bad in all things that are made. The good out do the bad and for a buck I can have a new blade.

I had to back order mine, and when they finally came, I was also very dissappointed. I ended up purchasing the real thing and I will never buy from Harbor Freight again. I threw away all 16 blades, only trying to use 1.

I just bought one pack of another brand, not the quilting ones I usually buy.

I was in Michaels' who also see the major brand but these were only $1.29 for two blades.

Have not used them as yet but anxious to try them and see how they are.

Just happened across them as I was shopping for other items and figured "what can I lose"

speaking of blades, Joann's sells the kind we use but how about the blade sharpeners that are sold. Has anyone here tried them?

I buy my Olfa blades at overstock.com and pay 32.95 for 10 blades which does include the shipping of 2.95. So far I have not found a better deal and do not live close to a Joanne store anymore. :-(

I love them and have never had a problem with them. You can't beat the price.
