Someone sent me to Bonnie's site but that link was the one I really needed to see the patterns!
    Thank you!

I'll put together something to describe how I play with my scraps and work on getting them organized. Once they are in blocks I get such a feeling of satisfaction. When they are sitting in the scrap pile I get overwelmed.

Thanks. I googled it. I took a class from one of the guild members a long time ago. She called it a onesie, twosie quilt block. It's made the same way.

I would love to be the recipient of a scrap bag. I will gladly pay for the postage. Mostly want 100% cotton, don't have use for anything other than cotton. Anything else would be so appreciated. Thanking any of you ahead of time.

I had some small scrap pieces of fabric with cats and other animals so I cut them out in different angles between 4-6 edges, then I got my tiny scraps anything that was long enough to sew on a straight edge then another piece sewn on to that piece plus the next angle making sure to keep straight edges log cabin style but useing odd shaped scraps, when they are big enought I then trimmed them to 5 inch squares I hope this is a clear as mud. This is a fun post! I've loved seeing what everyone does with their scraps. It's neat seeing all the fun patterns. I too would love any extra scraps. I'd pay for postage too.

I make all kinds of "mug rugs". I am now working on making a crazy patch quilt. I cut my foundation pieces out of left over light weight flannel, muslin, or even, no longer used bed sheets at about 5 1/2 " square. I then stitch my crazy patch pieces in various sizes to the foundation and square them to 5" squares. You may want to make the squares larger. I will put sashing between the squares; no need to use batting inbetween, then backing and machine quilt. So easy, and all from scraps. GiG
