Cool, thanks Steve. None of your links are active anymore though... Did you ever get a decent stitch out of it? I'm picking mine up in a few hours. Yours looks to be in great condition. Mine will need a heavy cleaning. The case on mine is black too.

yeah, sorry, i had to drop the video because i was running out of space..
She sews fine. Not a German machine quality or anything like that, but a nice little machine anyway. I have big hands so the bobbin is a bit of a pain, but for heather it is fine.
it mostly collects dust...

I picked it up and it's got the bobbin case and one bobbin. It also has the key to the case. I also noticed it was a tight fit getting my tiny hand in to get the bobbin out. It's got a bunch of attachments, though I don't think all of them are original. It also has one unused, original needle. It's super dirty and cruddy looking.
Steve, my faceplate is flowered and all chrome. Yours has the painted GE logo. I didn't get an original manual but at least it has the foot control. And the wiring looks safe enough to at least test the machine out.

If you have a parts machine, would you consider selling me the power cord? My husband rigged up a shrink wrap that works but it just doesn't look safe. Please let me know!
Thanks, Jean
Thanks, Jean
