Casey's earache
#13
That would make such a cute framed honor to the doctor's waiting room wall! What a great doctor to pay attention to his patient. My daughter had a neurologist like this when she was a little one, who came in the room and sat down on the floor so he could communicate with her - the patient! Awesome!

Love the Dr. response to son's answer.
At least his ear drum didn't rupture.
Last week my husband had an earache along with the "crud" (Dr. official diagnosis)
that he got from me.
Later that evening my hubs was laying on the bed when he heard a loud pop, than
something that sounded like trains and planes. Only to discover tat his eardrum had
ruptured, he called the Dr. office just to let them know it happened.
He knows there isn't anything that could be done about it though (it happened when
was a kid also).

Great!
My grandmother had a home remedy that worked for us when we had earaches. She took the kernel from a peach pit and mashed it up in a teaspoon of warm water. She put the mixture in our ear and it stopped the pain so we could sleep. She said earaches would go away on their own but this has worked for my kids overnight until the Dr. the next day. I keep several peach and apricot pits in my medicine stash.
