Ha...I made a few denim quilts in the past and people found out that I had made a few, so they donated theirs to me. I'm done with the denim ....at least for now and went and cleaned out my stash of old jeans and donated them to the Goodwill this week.

Very nice. I'll bet your neighbor will be thrilled to get a quilt made from her DH's and DS's jeans!

    Denim makes great rag quilts.

Beautiful quilt! Love the pops of color and a warm flannel backing!

Great job on this! Fun with all the bits of color. Terrific back too!

Great ideas love the plaids mixed in too. Sometimes jean quilts become so heavy and hard to work on.

I have made three. The first one was a rag quilt with flannel on back. My 18 yr. old GS has had it since he was about 6 and it is still being used by him. I can't tell you how many Boy Scout camp-outs it has gone on with him.

Beautiful, and I like that you just tied it. Is that the norm for blue jean quilts, since they are already so thick? I've been saving our old ones to make one too, and your design just gave me a wonderful inspiration. Love it.

That's great!! Was it difficult to work with... the denim being so thick? Love the red splashes!
