This looks like not too a bad deal and negotiable to boot. I'm not sure about their grasp on the time of year, though I can see how the amount of snow we have could cause some confusion:

Probably related to how long they have been trying to sell it.

Very possibly, but I don't remember seeing it before, and I uh... get an email for new postings everyday.

I did contemplate driving the 1000 or so KM to go get these. That 431G is on my list.

Wow - a 411G, too and others - it would be hard to not want to drive 1000 miles... LOL

I would take a 411G before a 431G. For some reason, both of the 431Gs I've had have been character building machines. Yes, I know the 431G is rarer and and an open arm but both have needed to be timed, I had to file the hook straight on both, the throat plate pins needed to be replaced on both. The 411Gs have all been bulletproof. Rock solid machines.

That said, that lot could practically be mine! The first machine I replaced gears on was a 560 Diana, I've had 3 411Gs, 2 431Gs, a number of the plastics, sold a 328 that first Christmas I was fixing machines, 201-3, 99... lol! It's like a trip down memory lane

    "still looks and works good."

    That's debatable.
