    Yes, but that's fine. It's a good example of an early electric machine which is what I want. I know some don't like friction drive machines and honestly I prefer belt drive too but using it wouldn't be the main purpose of having it.

    Rodney I look that machine up but look at Seattle and found it, today I was looking at Portland and there it is relisted last night ..

    guess you know it's national. I have a Brunswick that a exact match , an other Brunswick and Eldridge E that are spin off of that, The Eldridge donated parts to that Brunswick treadle I redid.

    Macybaby: I'm pretty sure you're correct. Looks like the Japanese badge came off it. There's a grey spot where it should have been. I wonder how they came up with 1942.
    10X: No, I didn't know it was a National, I would have had to ask. I'm not that good at recognizing anything but Singers and some Whites.
