Default Downton Abbey Repeats on Public Television

Just turned on PBS, and episode 1 of Downton Abbey is airing...just in case some others didn't know this.

    It was a great series.

I do love Downton Abby! I recently saw the DVDs for sale online and bought the whole 6 seasons for only $67. When they came in the mail I started watching and was up every night till midnight for days. I started watching the TV marathon on PBS yesterday but was annoyed by the donation commercials so I popped in my DVDs and am watching them again, commercial free.

I bought all the DVDs for the Downton Abbey series. This way I can watch them at my leisure. Sometimes I'll have a marathon watching them all one right after the other.

I am lucky...I am not getting the interruptions. I always get sad when Isis passes away...

Last weekend there was a special that was a follow-up to the show. The actors weren't dressed up in their costumes and were talking about different incidents from the show. It was fun to see.

I didn't watch all of the episodes during this marathon, but I enjoyed the ones I got to watch. Nice to see PBS air the marathon like this.
