    Great advance planning - and beautiful results!
    Somewhere there is a tutorial for fabric-backed glass plate for all those holiday cookies, using mod-podge. We all have fabric, don't we?!!!

    A nice tote bag sounds like a good future gift...easy to customize with colors they like. Or a set of kitchen towels that you embellish and make a matching pot holder.
