    Default Batik Club Challenge Completed

Last fall, the Batik Club at my LQS issue a challenge to its members to raise money for cancer research. For $2, we bought sales rep samples from the shop. We had to use some of all fabrics to make something. We were allowed to add 2 more fabrics or ,for $2 more, 4 extra fabrics. After the deadline, 3/2, all results will be on display at the shop. I finished my entry yesterday.

I used 1 extra fabric on the front and a second on the back. Here are pictures for my sample pack and my finished quilt. I had fun playing with the circle attachment for my machine, fancy stitches and pretty threads. 😀

Awesome "space age" quilt. That was inspired!

Beautiful! It looks like something from Star Trek.
