HI there and welcome from a close neighbor. Do ever go to the Bernina shop in BS? I went once and left quickly after seeing the 830. Wow! We will have to talk sometime.

I have been there. Actually went in to look at their machines. The people in there didn't seem to be all that friendly when it came telling me about the different machines. The lady wouldn't even tell me about the bernina line except to tell me that the brother was the cheaper end of the line. This after I told her how much I wanted to spend. I don't know why but it just felt cold in there. It was weird. They were very nice but not very helpful. I have my machine in the shop on 291. The MO Sewing co, they were really helpful in telling me about the different machines and actually telling me to try them out. I can't wait to get my machine back. You bummed about the move of the Quilting station? I am glad that it is closer to me now. But I found out the hard way. drove all the way into Lees Summit to visit the fabric. In the end did find the new location.
