Congratulations Rose on that new baby. Oh what fun. Hope you get yourselves home and settled in quickly and make sure you get as much rest as that baby allows.

I put on a t-shirt today and it was looser than it was the last time I wore it... so I think I have lost some weight.

Good job Alu. Sometimes clothes fit better before we see an actual loss of the scale. That's encouraging-keep up the good work.
Healthy eating and living everyone-we're half way thru the month and it seems like we're all making some progress.

Yaaaaaay! I weighed in last night at my Weight Watchers meeting and I lost 3.5 pounds. I was thrilled. All of my "back to paying attention and keeping track of what I was eating" paid off. So this week, I plan to keep doing the same thing.

Also I bought a pedometer a few weeks ago. I have been trying to reach my goal of 10,000 steps each day. I was able to do that twice this week and once last week. Most days, it has been less, but I will keep trying. Wearing this makes me aware of the days when I am sitting around a lot and it reminds me that I need to get moving more.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.
