Oh Karla, I am so glad that they were able to get the church for their special day!

It will make a lovely place for the wedding. I think your outfit sounds perfect for you!

Congrats!

My second marriage was all about combining two families and making a lasting life for two old fogies. We had a wedding with two attendants... my daughter, his son. Bouquets made by me, runners for the table made by me, invitations and table decor... made by me, with a whole lot of help from dear husband. His brothers lent us their banquet room (next to the ocean) and gave us all our food at cost. Both families helped decorate and set up tables. Because my husband is Catholic and divorced we had to get married somewhere other than a church. We chose a tiny little park on the side of the road where he played as a child. We watched the sun setting and set up our wedding aisle so that the evening sun would shine on us.

I think your son and soon to be daughter in law have their heads screwed on straight! Congrats!! You are very lucky!!!
