Hi I sent 180 blocks yesterday. Hope they arrive safely!
Thanks to everyone who has contributed and more importantly to NorBanaquilts and gang for sorting and returning to us.

My husband has cancer that has reoccurred after 4 years of remission. He is now undergoing chemotherapy again and is getting ready for a bone marrow transplant.
My signature blocks have come with me to the hospital so that I could sign them while he has been receiving his chemo.
What a great project this is. I look forward to enjoying the unique quilt that will be made from these blocks from around the world.

So sorry to hear about your hubby. Prayers going up for you both and hope a transplant is available soon.

Hey you, guess we have to know ya. LOL I read it and did not blink an eye. I think it is one of those, someone has softer feelings than others and the "newer" sayings do sound rude to the oldtimers. LOL Even though I am one too. We are a happy group here. Keep on keepin' on...

Hello everyone. I have been so busy taking care of my MIL and mom after their surgeries (gotta get them to schedule around my swaps next time..lol) I need to know the finished number we need and what is this baout 4 extra. I can have that too. Someone give me the final count please. I have everything else downpat and ready to go. This was lots of fun. Thank you in advance for bringing me up to date.

Wow. I hadn't realized just how many 175 blocks really were. I had 60 done forever, but just watched as the numbers went up thinking "it won't take long, they are so easy." Well geez...now I am working up a sweat trying to get these done! (it doesn't help that the trailer is about 280 degrees!) I am giddy with excitement at getting these blocks from everyone though! (or maybe that's heat stroke...I dunno...) I can't wait to see everyones finished quilts! :)
