That is absolutely beautiful. Ok, I have to try this... I'm still on all the "Beginner" quilts in a book I bought (not paper piecing)... hmmmm

great job. I love paper piecing, it is so precise and the points you can make with such precision! Keep up the great work, you will find there are tons of books and web sites for paper piecing. Check out www.wendyvosters.com she has some free patterns.

Aww thanks guys! Any similarity to audrey in anyone's eyes is the sun and moon to me! I am quarter Belgian....hmmm lol.

Actually Lisa I've been doing embroidery and cross stitch since I was a wee one. That's what I originally bought the red fabrics for--I was going to embroider all my birdie drawings like from my bag. I like the way the block looks all together on the cache site but maybe i'll use them as a quiting pattern on it....Hmmmm mucho to ponder!!

Wonderful block! I am glad you liked paper peicing. I tried it once, didn't like it. Maybe I will try again some day.

You would definitely give Audrey a run for her money! Isn't paper piecing fun? I waste a bunch of fabric, but I love it!
