I got some nice 100% cotton fabric at Walmart to make pillow cases. We are going to Joann's to take advantage of the coupons and sales also. Let the fun begin!

Another LQS has a 20% sale going on for the weekend too, that one is a little bit further away, won't be able to drive there..
Sure hope your knee gets better fast. I didn"t have much luck with mine, hurts more now than before surgery!
Good Luck with your knee surgery, don't push it, you might regret it. I have had two knee surgeries in 5 mths of each other.
I did go to JoAnns on Friday and took advantage of their 50% off quilt notions sale. I looked at their fabric but contained myself. lol Not sure if I want to fight a crowd on Memorial day for their 10% off purchase coupon or not.

I saw some fabric at JoAnn's on the clearance rack last week for $2.00. I didn't need it but thought I would get it during this weekend for 1/2 off, plus an additional 10% off. Well, I went there today and they had changed the price to $3.00! Even though it was still a good price, I got mad and wouldn't buy it. :x

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

They had a coupon for I think 40% off for before the June 6-12 .. That is so frustrating!

I never find material on their sale rack for less than $4 a yard. Hmmm maybe I am looking in the wrong place.

I did some fabric shopping this morning. Our local WalMart is closing fabric department. This week fabric by the yard is 50% off. I am stocking up. Have a few ideas, more will come.

StitchinHeaven, a quilt shop in Quitman, TX is having an online sale....buy 10 yards and get 5 yards free. Sounded good to me, so I ordered by 15 yards plus some alternates. www.stitchinheaven.com.

I bought fabric this weekend. I shopped on Friday at Joann's sale. They had the county classic solids on sale and I wanted that for a patriotic quilt I'm planning for charity. I also got backing for a batik jelly roll that I will also work on next. I like a couple of different projects going at the same time.
