Store bought for me but I do have one for myself ready to quilt but not bed size - I need a queen for bed so this is just a throw. I have one planned that I want for me bed, but it is going to cost me a fortune for the fabric so on hold for now.

I have a scrappy quilt that my Mom made. When I found out she was going to donate it to a penny sale, I asked her if I could have it. I bought a backing, had it quilted by a long=arm quilter, and put the binding on myself. I love it.

I make them for our bed because I feel we deserve to have a nice quilt on our bed. I have a couple so I can change for the season or just because. I also have quilts on the other beds we have in the kids bedrooms, even though the kids are gone. I have a couple in the living room also. I make quilts for others but I decided I have to be in the loop. No store bought quilts for me.
