Welcome! You've got all my favorites - Washington state (eastern side), cats, old houses (mine turns 100 this year), and of course quilting. I'm a little further away from retirement, but I can dream!!

Welcome from the Western end of the state. I live about a couple miles from the Idaho border. Haven't been over to Seattle, but looking forward to see that part of the state. I know there are some really great fabric stores at your end. We also have a few, but not as many the east has. I buy quite a bit on-line from your end of the state.

Hi! I am very close to your age and retirement. Next July my best friend and I are heading to Sister's. Have you been to their quilt show?

Any grandchildren?

G'Day and welcome from South Australia. I retire later this year and then I'll be quilting up a storm.
We had rain last night - about enough to water the lawn!

welcome from Alaska! Don't expect to have more time when you retire. You will more than likely say "how did I have time to work?" This forum is fun!
