Howdy From Ohio!

Ann Clare-your quilt is beautiful! What part of Ireland are you from?? I have a nephew in Dublin visiting for the summer. He is one his way to Crosgar (?sp) near Belfast to visit my father's people. It is a beautiful isle and I hope to get there myself one day! I will be trying my hand at a shamrock quilted wall hanging which is a gift for a friend of mine but i am already altering the pattern to something more pleasing! Love your quilt!

Not to be afraid to "square" up and match up my rows before final stitching.. I relied strictly on instructions and they (or my sewing) was a bit off, and I hesitated to trim to fit, but it all worked out, also I would have changed thread colors to show up more. It proudly hangs on my hall wall, and I get lots of compliments. Also changed to a new machine when quilting the top. New rule: good tools equals good results!!
