I took photos of each block and then taped the names on the back.

That's a good idea. I hadn't even thought of doing that.

I like that idea. A scrapbook or album with pics of individual blocks and names and a finished quilt would be great.

The more I think about what to do with the names, the more I think I'll get get out my pigma pen and write the makers name on each block.. I may use blue.. that would look nice.. No matter what it's going to be one beautiful quilt!

Maybe we should consider that when we are swapping, to put our names and date, block swap on the back of each block we make in the pigma pen......what does anyone else think?

I think it is a good idea if it can be in the seam allowance or if it doesn't show through to the front. I try to do it as blocks are received but I still get lost sometimes with big swaps!

That's what I do with one of my swaps that I'm in. And I also put the name of the block that I did.

Wow, you guys did such a great job with the RWB swap! I'm enjoying seeing all of your beautiful block collections, and am so sorry I didn't join this one. Next time for sure.

I am going to put it together with a embroideried border around each block with the screen name and location of the contributor. I figured that it would be a good way to tye some of the fabrics together and to memorialize everyone who put thier time and creativity into the project. I saved my trial block to put on the back of the quilt as my own little label.

I have one block that was not labeled. My camera is indisposed at the moment, so I will post later.

Nice job everyone!
